We are focused on making Marampa Mines, the Sierra Leone leader in sustainability, and our Marampa Blue TM 65% Fe iron ore product a recognised brand in the iron ore sector.

We are making an effort to increase the overall participation rate of women in our workforce, which in 2022 increased to 18%. Our goal is to reach 30% in the medium-term.
