As a large-scale mining company in Sierra Leone, Marampa Mines interacts with many contractors and vendors. In line with our local procurement policy guidelines and requirements, we seek suppliers without compromising on our high standards of quality and performance. Our approach aims to for transparency and offers equal and fair opportunities to all tenderers.

To become an approved supplier, vendors must first submit complete and submit the Form below for initial screening. We only approve genuine parties who meet the necessary criteria and based on our requirements. Marampa Mines’ bidding procedures for contracts ensure that all our suppliers must comply with these standards, including standards of Health & Safety, Quality Control, and our Code of Conduct.

All suppliers must complete our KYC form in order to be an approved vendor prior to any transaction. Our strict process ensures we only deal with genuine parties who are ready and able to meet these requirements outlined above.
